Virtual Reference 101 is a workshop designed for staff working in libraries that are not currently providing real-time online (chat) reference services. It is sponsored by the Washington Statewide Virtual Reference Project. 

Goals are to increase participants' awareness of:

  • Collaborative reference networks
  • Expanding services through collaboration
